Vicious Vikings, Greenland, and How to Train a Knight (and a Samurai)

$42.00Price

Did you know that the Vikings were actually farmers from the north looking for farmland? Do you know how they built their dragon boats? And why did Leif the Lucky end up on an icy island and name it Greenland? How did English come to be the language it is today? In this time of constant invasions, kings had to have great fighters to protect the land of their people, so knights were trained and, in a faraway land, Samurai were also training. Stone castles were built (why are all the towers round?) and armor was invented. Take a magic carpet ride to the time of chivalrous knights and lovely ladies, and experience life the way they lived it!
