Land Ahoy!

Week-Long Club

Ahoy, me hearties! From reading a compass to pirate lingo, learn the ins and outs of ships, pirates, and everything in between. Explore the stories of famous buccaneers: Blackbeard, Sir Henry Morgan, and Anne Bonny. Through hands-on activities, scallywags will identify parts of a ship, create their own pirate codes, and design pirate flags - after learning the difference between different Jolly Rogers! How do you keep your ship in order? Why do pirates wear eye patches? Did pirates actually make people walk the plank? Only true privateers will know the answers. Savvy?
