Virtual Summer Camps

We are excited to offer opportunities for your children to broaden their horizons and kick off new hobbies! We know you don't want them in front of the screen all summer, so our camps catalyze activities that will keep them busy for hours. . . and away from their devices!

We look forward to a great summer together-- virtually!

Real Friendship

Friendship is so important to most of us, but what does true friendship look like? How many real friends can we have? Whom can we trust with personal details about our life? What about bullying, and is everyone who hurts our feelings really bullying us? What can we do when we hurt a friend’s feelings? How we can deal with the end of a good friendship?

Media Literacy: What Information Can I Trust?

Who created this message, and what do they want me to do? Media literacy is about learning how messages are created in the media and analyzing the messages directed at you by others. Class members will have opportunities to examine advertising, television programs, motion pictures, popular music, print publications, social media, and other online postings and to share their findings with the class. Those thinking kids who have created

media will be invited to share their creations as well. Media literacy is an expression of critical thinking skills that helps us know if messages are truthful and consistent with our value system.
