Are you searching for personal improvement and increased emotional control? This club examines psychological assumptions from Sigmund Freud, Alfred Adler, Abraham Maslow, Carl Rogers, and other renowned psychologists. We will spend time discovering and practicing meditative techniques that can be used outside of the club! We will learn how to label our feelings, expand our toolbox of coping mechanisms, and discuss how to sharpen our focus and increase our happiness in life.
